The old school book covers are my most favorite to rebind. This is from the 1950s I believe. I will name it what it says on the title ..... "WHEELS AND WINGS". The images in this book are wonderful and I tried to use as many as possible.  It measures 5" X & 1/2" X 1 1/2"  I have absolutely loaded this great book with MANY wonderful pockets, tags and neat tabs that all match.  It is a really fun fun book. It would make a wonderful journal to record childhood memories and old photos for yourself or one of your children. It could be used for a girl or a boy.  I really like this one.

This Junk Journal is call "MAGIC FLUTE". I used an old children's book from the 1930s. There were only a few but very lovely images so I utilized them all and a few other elements from the original book. Hand rebound. Almost every page is a pocket with tags and tabs. I really love the colors of this old book and I stayed in keeping with the beautiful muted colors on the cover.  This is a really sweet rebound book. I almost wanted to keep this one for myself. It would make a great book to put memories and photos from your childhood.  It measures 4 1/2" X 7" X 1"

This fun Junk Journal was made from an old children's book called "BILLY BUNNY" so that is the name I give it. Very happy matching pages of mostly brown, off white, red and green. It measures  5" X 7" X 1". It has about 50 happy pages to match the cover. I added two little bunnies to the side.  Pockets, tags and paper laced edges. Really cute. This will make a wonderful little baby book for a boy baby as well.

I don't really have a name for this one so I will just call it "OLD BROWN BOOK WITH GOLD" . It measures 5" X 7" X 1+".  with about 100 pages. Colors are brown, red, goldish-orange and black.  It is plain but pretty. Nice tabs.  Some punched laced edging with some edged matching washi tapes.  Embellished with small areas of gold paint on the cover. I used a braided brown band to hold the book.

 

This book is called "DO NOT FEED THE FAIRIES".  Sign is on the back cover. I used an old photo album for the cover. I added pretty flowers. It measures 8" X 9"mX 1 1/2" with about 150 pages with many fold out pages, beautiful images, tucks and pockets, tags and captured fairies sewn into bottles made from top loader clear plastic pages and encased in pockets. I used purple silk ribbon  to tie the book together. I really like this one.

This Junk Journal is called "VINTAGE AMERICAN". I used an old American History book for the cover. It measures 5"  X 7 1/2" X 1 1/2". Hand bound or rather re-bound. Has about 140 pages with nice pockets and tags. Plenty of nice places to write and add photos.
