This is Alice's Wonderland.Alice has moving arms. You can see an enchanted forest with the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat and Rabbit. The middle section is about 5 or 6 inches high and you can make this with the collage sheets from my website at:
the pic does not show all the wonderful detail but the colors are nice.
