Mary Mary Quite Contrary----Paper Dolls----Mary

This is Mary Mary Quite Contrary. She is not only a personification of myself but because I love gardening, I wanted her to love flowers and paper dolls too. When I was little, nearly every time I told someone my name, they would tell me this rhyme as if they were the very first to think theirself clever enought to say it to me as if it was the first time I heard it. I did not understand why adults did this but I got used to it and later enough made it significant to me. She is about 13 inches tall and her arms and part of her legs are movable.

The third of three Victorian Dolls---Mary

The third of my Victorian Dolls. Her name is Chloe. These Dolls are about 15 inches tall. They have a tab on the side of the dress that flips around to the back and velcros to the back. Her dress opens into a journal as well.

Second Vitorian Doll-Mary

My second doll with pages in the inside the pages of her beautiful skirt. Her name is Penelope.
I put many love quotes in these pages.

On of three Victorian Journal doll---Mary

I wanted to make Victorian Dolls with fancy dresses so that I could journal inside their dresses. I had a lot of fun with these. This one is named Victoria. I put love poems inside her dress that I like. I really like Shakespeare.
