Here are some pages from my HEAVENLY art journal that I altered from an antique hymnal. This is Emily. Pages were glued together and then I sprayed a coat of Gesso. I then added chalk and photos that I scanned. The photos were converted to a black and white photo copy mode. I then colored the pages by hand with more chalks. Pages are sprayed with a coat of clear acrylic. The Journaling part is so important.
